If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 10 days of delivery — our team will be happy to review your case and find the best solution.
We gladly accept returns and issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Parcel delivered with missing items
- Received the wrong product(s)
- Received a product with physical damage
- Received a faulty product

Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging — including the dust bag and any protective materials provided. This helps us ensure that each returned piece remains in pristine condition for future customers.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address in Malaysia.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
We also recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damages & Issues
We take great care to ensure each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the problem — this helps us review your case quickly and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
This policy does not affect your eligibility for returns within our 10-day return window.

We’ll work directly with the courier to locate your parcel, and if confirmed lost, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
