If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 10 days of delivery, and our team will be happy to review your case and assist you.


Eligible Return & Refund Cases 

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Parcel delivered with missing items
  • Incorrect product(s) received
  • Product received with visible damage
  • Product found to be defective upon arrival

In these cases, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Return shipping fees are covered by us for approved cases resulting from delivery or product issues.


Returns

We offer a 10-day return window, meaning you have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused, unwashed, and resalable condition, with original packaging where reasonably possible. Minor packaging variations may occur depending on the product type.

To initiate a return, please email hello@mkmeow.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the applicable return address in Malaysia.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for approved returns. MKMEOW is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Damages, Issues & Lost Parcels

We take care in preparing each order for shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos to help us review the issue promptly. Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate. Once confirmed, a full refund or replacement will be issued at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received the funds, please contact us at hello@mkmeow.com.
