Order Processing
All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our trusted production partner in China.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping to Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.
For other regions such as Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, and the United States, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees as determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.
These charges, if applied, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
In most cases, parcels are delivered smoothly without additional charges. However, import regulations vary by country, and any applicable fees must be settled by the recipient before delivery can be completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you.
You may monitor your shipment’s progress using the provided link or contact us for assistance if needed.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete street address to ensure successful delivery.
