Order Processing

All orders are fulfilled through our fulfillment partners and shipped from our distribution facilities in China.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery

We currently ship to the following regions:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders delivered within Malaysia.
  • Shipping fees for destinations outside Malaysia will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Remote or less accessible areas may be subject to additional charges or delivery limitations. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before shipment for confirmation.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees as determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.

Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

In most cases, parcels are delivered without additional charges. However, import regulations vary by country, and any applicable fees must be settled by the recipient before delivery can be completed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, an email with tracking details will be sent to you.

You may monitor your shipment using the provided link. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@mkmeow.com, and we will assist in checking with the courier.


Shipping Restrictions & Remote Areas

Please ensure that a complete and accurate delivery address is provided at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays or failed deliveries.

Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may not be available due to carrier limitations. If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or a refund.
